Yoga Magic – Yoga Mendocino’s Final Workshop
Yoga is Magic! It heals, grounds, transforms, brings health and sanity to body and heart and so much more. As we move out of Covid time (and hopefully out of major war chaos), let us celebrate our practice together in this special time of the year. No spells, no curses, no potions but just plain, honest asana, breath-work and a little meditation.
Yoga Mendocino is sadly permanently going away in June this year. This is our last YoMo-sponsored workshop, although our teachers will continue teaching independently as usual. We hope to see your faces as we gather together in Yoga Mendocino community for this special workshop; space is limited so please register quickly.
This workshop is suitable for a wide variety of practitioner beyond the beginning stages. If in doubt as to suitability, contact Mary directly via maryyoga.com. Options will be given to those not practicing more complex poses.
If you are ready to enjoy a deep practice with Yoga friends in the beautiful Ukiah valley, please join us.
Maximum size: 20.
Unless the covid situation changes between now and May, masks will not be required, however you are very welcome to wear a mask and we ask anyone feeling unwell not to attend.
Please bring your own mat and props (mat, blankets, block, strap); there may be a few extra blocks and blankets.
