Prenatal Workshop

January 20, 2018 – 1pm-4pm

**Followed by a 4-week class series January 23rd-Feb 13th (Tuesdays 10am – 11:30am)**

Are you pregnant and wanting to feel good in your changing body? Join in this workshop and series to exercise, stretch and breath in ways that help you feel connected to yourself and to your baby. Learn tools to ease yourself through pregnancy with yoga. Connect with other pregnant women in your community.

We will practice a simple yoga sequence followed by a chance for questions and discussion. You will leave with handouts and suggestions to practice at home, feeling empowered to use yoga as a support in your pregnancy and labour. Continuing with the series gives you the chance to commit to your practice and well-being with the support of others.

All experience levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.

Cyd Bernstein is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. She draws inspiration from her teachers, her own experience and her 2-year old daughter to create classes which good for mama and are safe and nourishing baby.
