PRENATAL YOGA – Thursdays at YoMo from 10:30-11:30 with Susann Carlo
Prenatal yoga supports your health and well-being during your pregnancy.  Open, strengthen, and balance the body and prepare your whole being for childbirth.  Please confirm with your health provider that yoga is suitable for you before enrolling. If you are a Bloom client, talk to Heidi at Bloom about a discounted price.

POSTPARTUM YOGA – Thursdays at YoMo from 1:00-2:30 pm with Susann Carlo
Reconnect with your body and with other new moms after birth.  Rebuild your strength and vitality as you take on the challenges and joys of motherhood.  Pre-crawling babies under 1 are welcome!

Group size is limited.
Please register in advance online or by calling (707) 462-2580.
Bring 2 ordinary pillows if possible.
Yoga mats are available, but we encourage you to bring and use your own.
