Postpartum Workshop and Series


Sunday April 8th, 2018 1:30pm-3:30pm

followed by 3-week class series:

April 10th,  17th, &  24th  Tuesdays 1:15pm – 2:45pm

Have you given birth in the last year? Are you looking to start exercising again but feeling unsure how? In this workshop and series you will learn safe and effective exercises to regain strength and integrity in your core, back and pelvic floor. We work slowly to build strength and endurance without risk of injury.

Come enjoy the support of other moms to relax, workout and share motherhood.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome.

About the Instructor

Cyd Bernstein is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. She draws inspiration from her teachers, her own experience and her 2-year old daughter to create classes which are good for mama and safe and nourishing for babies.
