Free Yoga And Relaxation Sessions

With recent events, our community has been under immense stress and turmoil. The devastating fires have not only ravaged homes and the environment, but have left lasting impressions of trauma on individuals, families, and neighbors alike.

To help our community heal, Yoga Mendocino is offering free yoga classes, as well as guided meditation opportunities to all who have been affected in any way. 

Free Restorative Yoga will be offered at 12pm -1pm every Sunday in November.

Sunday 11/5 at noon – 1hr session with Deborah Phillips

Sunday 11/12 at noon – 1hr session with Iris Padgett

Sunday 11/19 at noon – 1hr session with Genevieve Shouff

Sunday 11/26 at noon – 1hr session with Deborah Phillips

Free Guided Meditation and Relaxation:  Tuesday 11/7 and 11/14

7pm – 8pm

Join Yomo’s Maggie Norton as she leads a soothing  hour long meditation.  The session will follow Maggie’s regular Tuesday Active Hatha Yoga class from 5:30-6:45pm so doors will open after that class….and of course you might make that your active class this week and stay for the extra hour.
Come and hold space with fellow community members and leave feeling calm, refreshed and ready to continue on life’s journey.

Free Thanksgiving Yoga: Thursday 11/23 at 11am

Join Yoga Mendocino co-founder, Mary Paffard, for a simple fun active practice focused on gratitude for all levels and ages.  Bring family and friends, and enjoy breathing, moving and being in good company on Thanksgiving Day.
