Hatha Yoga for all levels of fitness at our beautiful, spacious studio, just 2 blocks from State Street in Ukiah.
We offer something for every body with a variety of classes and teachers (as well as wonderful workshops and events).

Mondays:
3:30-4:45 pm – Yoga for Spine & Sleep - Darca Nicholson
5:30-6:45 pm – Intermediate/Advanced Hatha Yoga - Iris Padgett

Tuesdays:
12:05-12:55 pm – Qi Gong - Ross Lake, L.Ac.
3:45-4:55 pm – Adaptive / Gentle Yoga - Maggie Norton
5:30-6:45 pm – Active Hatha Yoga (mixed levels) – Maggie Norton

Wednesdays:
9:30-10:45 am – Yoga for Arthritis - Maggie Norton
12:00-1:15 pm – Active Hatha Yoga (mixed levels) – Maggie Norton
5:15-6:45 pm – Sadhana Yoga - Julie Fetherston
7:00-8:30 pm – Meditation Group - by donation

Thursdays:
12:00-1:00 pm – Kundalini Yoga - Isis Brenner-Ward - by donation
5:00-6:00 pm – Yoga Basics - Serena Miller and Iris Padgett

Saturdays:
11:00-12:15 am – Lively Flow Yoga - Kirsten Turner
