Winter Schedule – January 1 – April 1 ($5 week + 12 week series)
You can now register for and pay for a series online by clicking here.
Registering for a series helps you stay regular with your practice by coming to the same class each week.  It is also the most economical way to pay for yoga classes at YoMo.

Mondays:
10:00-11:15am – Forrest Yoga Basics – Genevieve Shouff
12:00-1:30pm – Forrest Yoga Level 1 & 2 – Genevieve Shouff 
3:30-4:45pm – Yoga for Spine & Sleep – Darca Nicholson
5:30-7:00pm – Fluid Flow Yoga (intermediate/advanced) – Deborah Phillips
Tuesdays:
8:30-9:45am – Fundamental Flow Yoga (all levels) – Deborah Phillips
10:00-11:30am – Prenatal Yoga – Cyd Bernstein (by special registration)
12:05-12:55 pm – Qi Gong – Ross Lake, L.Ac.
1:15-2:45pm – Postpartum Yoga – Cyd Bernstein
3:45-4:55 pm – Adaptive/Gentle Yoga – Maggie Norton
5:30-6:45 pm – Active Hatha Yoga (mixed levels) – Maggie Norton
Wednesdays:
9:30-10:45 am – Yoga for Arthritis – Maggie Norton
12:00-1:15 pm – Active Hatha Yoga (mixed levels) – Maggie Norton
5:30-6:45 pm – Yoga Basics – Julia Landis
7:00-8:30 pm – Meditation Group by donation; 2nd, 3rd, 5th Weds.
Thursdays:

Fridays:
